2.1 We collect information that you provide us with when you use our bot, or contacting us. While using our products, we do have the permission to add your account ID to a certain database for safety reasoning. We can add, remove, or view the information we collect, and so can you!

3. How to Remove or Review Data We Collect From You

3.1 You can contact us via discord.ticketify@gmail.com or through our community support Discord server.
3.2 We will hold you accountable for your actions. As such, we will provide you with the necessary materials to potentially remove, review, update, or delete data.
3.3 The result may not always be idea, but we will do our best to assist you.

4. Age Requirements (13+)

4.1 We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of consent for our bot's restrictions.
4.2 You must be 13 years or older to buy/use our products. If you become aware of any underage Discord or Ticketify users, contact us immediately.
4.3 By using our services, you confirm that you are 13 or older.
4.4 We have the right to impose penalties, such as restricting access to our bot, store-bought items, or other services, if you violate our policies.

5. When and with whom do we share your information with

We prioritize user safety and will not modify or harm your information unless necessary. However, we may need to share your information under specific circumstances.

5.1 Developers: We may share or transfer your information to our development team if:

- Your server needs to be added to our forbidden system.

- You purchase custom embedding features in our store.

- We offer something special to you or your server.

6. The length we store information

We will only keep your information for up to 30 days in accordance with Discord's storage policy. During this period, we may edit or use your information in the following ways:

6.1 Storing Your ID: We may collect your ID only if required. If you break the rules or do not abide by these policies while using our bot, we can permanently revoke your access.
6.2 Ticket ID's & Name: In case of emergencies involving your server, we may collect your ticket ID and name to ensure a faster and more reliable response.

7. Logging Information / Data

We may log certain server information, including:

7.1 Server logo, name, ID, member count, owner ID, and timestamps.
7.2 When Ticketify joins a new server, we track server-related data to maintain an accurate record of our service usage.
7.3 If an administrator or worker of a server violates our policies, we will still have access to Ticketify and can leave the server at any time.

8. Updating These Documents

8.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
8.2 The updated version will be listed with a revised data at the top of the page.
8.3 We will notify users of updates through our support Discord server.
